 The exterior of the Breton achieves an arts and crafts aura. The barrel vault, wood brackets and tapered columns all render certain architectural elements for creating a warm atmosphere. The vaulted foyer is equipped with a grand staircase. A study can be seen through a cased opening extending the foyer to create more space. The formal dining room is located behind pockets doors leading from the study, and a private entrance into the kitchen makes this space very intimate. The family room includes a vaulted ceiling and a stone fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves. A French door provides access to the patio from the breakfast room for outdoor living. The sunroom renders a cozy corner fireplace and also has doors leading to the patio. An octagonal kitchen offers great space for the gourmet at heart and is open to the breakfast room and sunroom. The Master bedroom has a wall of glass, perfect for that long-range view. The bath is spacious with a barrel-vaulted ceiling connected to a massive walk-in closet. This unique home is designed with a three-car garage joined by a covered breezeway.
