| Exchanges and Refunds
Other than Reproducible Vellum Plansets or CAD file orders, we will exchange an order for another design within 15 days of the original order. Please call 770 534-2086 for your return authorization and shipping instructions. Fees for exchanging your paper print sets are as follows: 10% of the original order amount, plus the difference in cost if exchanging for a higher priced plan or less the difference in cost if exchanging for a lower priced plan, plus postage and handling. Reproducible vellums and CAD files are not exchangeable or refundable. Please call for current postage and handling prices. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that you must place your new order before your 90% credit will be processed. If the returned paper prints look used or if the staples have been removed, we will not accept them for exchange. |

| Code Compliance Our plans are designed to meet the requirements of the Standard Building Code, but because of varying interpretations and changes we cannot warrant compliance with any specific codes or ordinances. Your local builder, engineer or architect can review the plan you choose to insure that it complies with all applicable codes. He or she also should verify that the plan is suitable for your site and particular subdivision restrictions. Some changes and material substitutions may be necessary if your plans are to comply with the local requirements. Bill Grant, llc will not be responsible for the assistance you receive from the individuals you select to build your home. |
