| Code Compliance Our plans are designed to meet the requirements of the Standard Building Code, but because of varying interpretations and changes we cannot warrant compliance with any specific codes or ordinances. Your local builder, engineer or architect can review the plan you choose to insure that it complies with all applicable codes. He or she also should verify that the plan is suitable for your site and particular subdivision restrictions. Some changes and material substitutions may be necessary if your plans are to comply with the local requirements.
